Eagle View Eco Center

The Eagle View Eco Center is the main interpretive building. Various natural history and live animal displays are housed in the Eco Center. Some of the exhibits in the Eco Center include displays on prairies, woodlands, fish and wildlife, reptiles and amphibians, and touch tables. There is a kitchen and meeting rooms also in the Eco Center. A small laboratory is available for school field trips and other workshops. The Eagle View Eco Center is open to the public 1:00 PM -5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, April through October and Saturdays only November through March, same times.

The Eagle View Eco Center is visited by many guests in April through October.

The eagle is a display located right when you walk into the Eco Center.

This is a prairie display which is located in the Eco Center. This display shows the large area where the prairie used to cover.

These are part of the wetland display's located at the Eco Center.

"Big Velvet"

This is a threatened river otter in one of the displays.

These whitetail fawns died in the flood of 1993.

The turtles are part of the live animal displays at the Eco Center which also include many local fish, amphibians and reptiles.

These white crappies are also part of the live animal displays at the Eco Center.
