Walnut Grove Park

This park consists of 24 acres along the Wapsipinicon River. Features include a 25 unit, RV friendly, non-electric campground, playground, and concrete boat ramp. Camping is $10 per night or $15 with Electricity. Youth groups cost $2/tent in designated area. The picnic shelter is free to use, but it is $15 to reserve. Email us  or call 563-847-7202.

Park Hours

All persons except registered campers, or those with permission of the Executive Director or authorized representative, shall vacate all county areas between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Hunting and fishing areas are excepted for these purposes only, and these areas will be available as is consistent with fishing and hunting season codes. Specific facilities within the parks may maintain separate hours; these hours will be posted at the facility.
