The annual signup period for family farm
credit is July 1 through October 15 each year. The credit is
available on agricultural tracts of land comprised of 10 or more acres
that are farmed by the owner or immediate family members of the
owner. Immediate family members include:
- Brothers & Sisters
- Sons & Daughters
- Grandchildren
- Great-Grandchildren
- Uncles & Aunts
- Nieces & Nephews
Please note that cousins do not qualify. |
