Nuisance Investigation and Enforcement Program In
response to complaints filed by the general public we investigate public
health nuisances including any act, failure to act, or any condition
which is dangerous or detrimental to life, health, or related safety of
one or more persons.
Fee for the
service/program:
There is no fee to
file or investigate a complaint. However, persons violating Clinton
County Public Health Ordinance may be found guilty of a simple
misdemeanor and fined accordingly.
